It depends on the trip. For Mumbai Darshan, the fare covers AC bus transport. For treks/adventure trips, transport and basic arrangements are included as listed on each trip page. Entry tickets, meals, guide tips and optional add-ons may be separate. Check 'Inclusions' on your chosen trip for the exact list.
Can I book for a group?

Absolutely. For 10+ people, we offer custom itineraries and group rates. Head to Corporate / group trips or WhatsApp us for a tailored plan.
What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the trip. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% charge. No-shows are non-refundable. Some trips may have different terms - check the trip page if stated.
Is the trip suitable for kids and seniors?

Most of our trips are paced for all ages. Adventure treks may have routes marked easy/moderate - pick accordingly. Just ensure at least one passenger per booking is 18+.
How will I know if photos are ready?

For trips with photo coverage, we'll update you on WhatsApp once they're ready with the gallery link. You can also check via the gallery lookup using your booking reference and phone number.
Do I need to carry ID proof?

Yes, carry a valid ID proof for verification at pickup/check-in. Keep it handy - saves time at the start.
