Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to all trips booked through ADOK Tourism (Adok Enterprises).

Standard policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of departure incur a 50% charge.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Trip-specific terms

Some trips may have different cancellation terms, shown on the trip page before booking. Pilgrimage and corporate trips may have custom terms agreed at the time of booking.

Changes by ADOK

If we need to cancel a departure due to weather, minimum headcount, or operational reasons, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative date.
